CVS Health (NYSE: CVS) today announced a $18.9 million investment to build and rehab 150 affordable housing units in Columbus, Ohio as part of the company’s commitment to advancing health equity by addressing social determinants of health at the local level.

HUD recently sent the following announcement to PHAs regarding new resources that can help PHAs and State Medicaid Agencies house seniors and persons with disabilities:

New community health clinic coming to East Austin affordable housing complex (Housing Authority of the City of Austin)

From CBS Austin:

A new health care option coming to an area of Austin that's been lacking those kinds of services for decades. A new community health center will be opening later this year at the Chalmers Courts in East Austin.

Chalmers Courts had its beginnings in 1939. It was one of the first public housing projects in the entire country.
