SA Housing Authority Plans 215-Unit Apartment Complex in Lavaca Neighborhood
The San Antonio Housing Authority (SAHA) and a private development partner will build a $45 million, 215-unit, mixed-income apartment community known as 100 Labor Street in San Antonio’s Lavaca neighborhood.
