The Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (HASLC) is moving forward with plans to redevelop the former Capitol Motel, at which HASLC has been providing transitional housing. The new Capitol Apartments community will provide long-term affordable housing in a 93-unit mixed-income, mixed-use property.
