Our city is on the cusp of an investment that will change the lives and futures of thousands of people. Oklahoma City has over 20,000 families on a waiting list for subsidized housing and as of March 17, 2023, we have 1,339 people experiencing homelessness. 

Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority will renovate 10 east side buildings after receiving $2M grant

Ten different buildings housing 15 different units on the east side will get a renovation thanks to a $2 million grant awarded from the Economic Development Initiative to the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority, according to CMHA.

CMHA is a public housing agency that provides several programs, including housing choice vouchers and asset management, to help link families to affordable housing options within Cincinnati.

New Housing Complex Named After Fort Worth's Opal Lee (Fort Worth Housing Solutions)

Construction is underway at a mixed-income housing complex in Fort Worth named after long-time activist and educator, Opal Lee.

The complex is named “The Opal” in honor of Opal Lee, known nationally as the “Grandmother of Juneteenth.” Lee is known for her campaign to make Juneteenth a federal holiday, an effort that became a reality in 2021.

Chicago Fire Football Club, Chicago Housing Authority Sign Lease on New near West Side Training Facility

Housing Authority of Snohomish County Buys 110-Unit Madison Park in Bothell for $33.8MM

CBRE announced the sale of Madison Park, a 95,676-sq.-ft. multifamily community in Bothell, Washington. An undisclosed buyer acquired the property.
