From ABC 7 Chicago: Thousands of children in Chicago now have new winter coats, just in time for the upcoming cold months. The Chicago Housing Authority held its 12th annual "Operation Warm Coat" at the UIC Forum on Saturday. Operation Warm, a national nonprofit, donated 7,500 coats for children living in public housing.
