The Municipal Housing Authority for the City of Yonkers (MHACY) Executive Director Joseph Shuldiner and Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano showed off the first completed phase of MHACY’s Schlobohm Houses revitalization on a tour with the press and New York State Sen.
