Mulch was spread, flowers were planted and new paint was applied outside of the Glendale Terrace apartments Friday as Lucas Metropolitan Housing continued its "Thumbs Up" project.
"We're going to make our properties look more presentable and make it feel more like home for the residents," property manager Brianna Eaton said. "We start from the outside, we go in, and we just try to make it as beautiful a community for everybody."
