We are pleased to announce that the Housing Authority Birmingham District (HABD) has become a member of CLPHA!

HABD operates over 11,000 combined public housing units and Housing Choice Vouchers. Dontrelle Young-Foster serves as HABD's President & CEO. Learn more about HABD at habd.org.
