The Housing Authority of The City of San Buenaventura (HACSB) has built a strong and innovative collaborative with Ventura County Library to address whole family and community needs. Their partnership has evolved over the past six years, starting with traditional targeted programming such as adult ESL classes to build a system of supports to strengthen families and communities. Join us to learn more about how this relationship evolved into such a strong collaborative and the suite of services HACSB and Ventura County Library offer together.
