Eleven CLPHA Members Receive ROSS-SC Grants from HUD

On December 21, 2018 HUD announced nearly $29 million in grant awards under its Resident Opportunities and Self Sufficiency - Service Coordinators (ROSS-SC) Program. Eleven CLPHA members received ROSS-SC awards, totaling over $4.7 million.
 
The ROSS-SC Program provides funding for PHAs and other entities to hire service coordinators that help residents “to assess their needs and connect them with education, job training and placement programs, and/or computer and financial literacy services available in their community to promote self-sufficiency.”
