The House of Representatives may vote as soon as next week on bipartisan legislation to permanently authorize HUD’s Community Development Block Grant–Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) program.

Yesterday, CLPHA submitted comments in response to HUD’s notice outlining the first details of the NSPIRE demonstration. NSPIRE is a voluntary demonstration, expected to last at least two years, that would replace UPCS inspections for participating properties.
