From the New York Real Estate Journal: According to the Municipal Housing Authority for the City of Yonkers (MHACY), a $2.5 million award was presented from the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York to help finance rehabilitation of the Ross F. Calcagno Homes apartment complex.

Finance: Vitus, a national developer and owner of affordable housing, announced today that it is welcoming residents back into the newly restored Market North Apartments in Wilmington, North Carolina. Residents were originally forced to vacate the property after the apartments were severely damaged by Hurricane Florence in September of 2018.
