The American Rescue Plan Act authorized and appropriated an unprecedented $5 billion expansion of vouchers. The American Jobs Plan proposes $40 billion to recapitalize the public housing portfolio. Join senior officials from HUD as they lay out how the Department can make the most of this once-in-a-generation opportunity.

How can PHAs quantify what racial equity looks like? Glenn Harris, president of Race Forward and a national expert on creating racial equity within organizations, communities, and local governments, will discuss his views on this question. Glenn will offer his insights on how organizations must approach racial equity programs with an inside-outside mentality to best embed racial equity and inclusion in our organizations and communities, followed by an interactive discussion with members with ample time for questions and comments planned.
