Huge Win for PHAs & CLPHA Members
HUD General Deputy Assistant Secretary for Public and Indian Housing Dominique Blom announced at the CLPHA Spring Meeting that HUD is suspending its efforts to amend the public housing Annual Contributions Contract (ACC).
This is a huge win for PHAs and CLPHA members. CLPHA has advocated tirelessly against HUD’s attempt to revise the ACC to ensure that the relationship between HUD and PHAs would not change. CLPHA appreciates HUD’s willingness to listen to the industry and end its attempt to revise the ACC.
