We are pleased to announce that the Northern Illinois Regional Affordable Community Housing (NI ReACH) has become a member of CLPHA!
NI ReACH’s subsidiary the Winnebago County Housing Authority (WCHA), operates 1,254 combined public housing units and Housing Choice Vouchers and became a Moving to Work (MTW) agency in 2022 through the Landlord Incentives Cohort of the MTW Expansion.
