The Council of Large Public Housing Authorities (CLPHA) celebrates Black History Month by honoring a sampling of Black public officials who began their early years in public housing and who have given back to their communities through public service.
CLPHA is honored to work over the years with these and so many other Black public officials to help dismantle systemic racism and ensure racial equity through public and affordable housing.
