Congratulations to William Rodríguez Rodríguez on his appointment as Puerto Rico’s Secretary of Housing by Governor-Elect Pedro Pierluisi! Mr. Rodríguez currently serves as the Administrator of Puerto Rico’s Administración de Vivienda Pública (Public Housing Administration), a CLPHA member and one of the largest public housing agencies in the country. Mr. Rodríguez is an attorney with more than 10 years of experience in government affairs and civil litigation.
In addition, Alejandro Salgado Colón has been named as AVP’s new Administrator. Mr. Salgado Colón, also an attorney, currently serves as AVP’s chief of staff.
