CLPHA Submits Comments on Proposed PBV Form: On February 24, CLPHA submitted comments with Reno & Cavanaugh responding to HUD’s Paperwork Reduction Act notice seeking comment on proposed data elements for a new Project-Based Voucher (PBV) online form. Read our comments.

New Public Charge Policy in Effect Nationwide: On February 24, the Administration’s new public charge policy went into effect. This follows a Supreme Court decision from February 21 that granted a stay on the last public charge injunction that was in place in Illinois. With that decision, the new policy takes effect nationwide. Read more
