HUD Issues Notice on HQS Remote Video Inspections

Yesterday, HUD issued PIH Notice 2020-31, which provides guidance to PHAs on conducting Remote Video Inspections (RVIs). The guidance cover four phases:

Administrative preparation
Pre-Inspection Planning
Performing the Inspection
Post-Inspection

The notice also covers best practices for performing the inspection and procedures for identifying a proxy inspector. Please see the notice for the full guidance.
