City of Norfolk Partners with the National League of Cities to Advance Healthy Housing Goals (Norfolk Redevelopment & Housing Authority)

The City of Norfolk is joining the Community of Practice for Healthy Housing Equity, led by the National League of Cities (NLC), to develop community-wide approaches that support healthy housing in our community. Norfolk joins five other cities from across the nation to do intensive work on healthy housing and healthy equity.

UW and Seattle HA tap Bellwether Housing to build mixed-income development in U District

The University of Washington and the Seattle Housing Authority today announced that Bellwether Housing has been selected to develop a mixed-income high-rise of about 240 units in the University District, pending approval by the UW Board of Regents.

A popular local museum is now offering after-school programming for students living in low-income housing.

Science Museum Oklahoma has entered into a partnership with the Oklahoma City Housing Authority to provide after-school programming for students living in OCHA housing sites.
