2:30 p.m. Supporting Residents During the COVID-19 Pandemic
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, PHAs have addressed emergency and ongoing needs for residents. This panel will showcase efforts by the Goldsboro, NC and Lucas County, OH housing authorities and their partners to implement solutions for senior residents. The foundational strength of the existing partnerships in these communities has allowed the PHAs to quickly meet their residents’ immediate and locally defined needs exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Both HACG and LMH are recipients of CLPHA's recently awarded COVID Resident Support Grants, funded by our grant from the Center for Disaster Philanthropy’s COVID-19 Response Fund.
