Virtual Roundtable featuring CLPHA Member Detroit Housing Commission

August 11 | 12:00 p.m. ET

On Thursday August 11 at 12:00 p.m. ET, Harvard's Joint Center for Housing Studies and MASS Design group are co-hosting a virtual roundtable that will present design strategies for the creation of safe and dignifying shared housing spaces for older adults in light of COVID-19.

Panelists Patricia Gruits, Senior Principal at MASS Design Group, Sandra Brooks Henriquez, CLPHA member and Executive Director of Detroit Housing Commission, and Emi Kiyota, founder of Ibasho, will discuss how we can make housing a more effective tool for public health, particularly for at-risk older populations, and the implications of this research beyond senior housing. The roundtable will be moderated by Jennifer Molinsky a Senior Research Associate at the Joint Center for Housing Studies and Lecturer at the Harvard Graduate School of Design.

Registration is required.
