On March 4, 2020, Secretary Ben Carson appeared before the House of Representatives Subcommittee on Transportation, Housing and Urban Development and Related Agencies (THUD) of the Committee on Appropriations to defend the Administration’s fiscal year 2021 (FY21) budget proposal for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
