The Congressional Social Determinants of Health Caucus is seeking public feedback on challenges and opportunities related to social determinants of health.

Presenters will include agencies working together to help residents of the public housing and Housing Choice Voucher programs access assistance for past debts and utilities and to streamline the application process.
