On July 19th, the US Interagency on Homelessness released Home, Together: The Federal Strategic Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness. In this session, we will discuss the objectives outlined in the Plan, highlight some of the ways federal partners will support you as you do the hard work of ending homelessness, and answer your questions.
