Designed for supportive housing case managers, this live virtual class provides strategies that build effective voluntary services. CSH Senior Program Managers Noah Fay and Cheryl Winter will focus on Trauma Informed Care as the foundation for all services in supportive housing and detail the practical considerations of using harm reduction and motivational interviewing to best serve tenants.
