CSH Best Practices for Service Delivery Webinar

Designed for supportive housing case managers, this live virtual class provides strategies that build effective voluntary services. CSH Senior Program Managers Noah Fay and Cheryl Winter will focus on Trauma Informed Care as the foundation for all services in supportive housing and detail the practical considerations of using harm reduction and motivational interviewing to best serve tenants. Audience: Supportive Housing Case Managers Instructional Level: Introductory Certificate: All participants will receive a certificate that can be printed following completion of this course and submission of an evaluation.​ Duration: 1 hour 30 min. Cost: $50. This training is included in the Voluntary Services Track and in the All Access Pass.​
