Last week, CLPHA shared recommendations with PIH leadership on implementation of the emergency housing vouchers included in the American Rescue Plan  Act (ARPA) that President Biden signed on March 12, 2021. To ensure that low-income Americans can make use of these vouchers in the most effective and equitable way, we urged HUD to:
