How to Post to CLPHA's Jobs Board

Non-CLPHA member organizations must pay $100 per job or RFP posting to post jobs/RFPs on CLPHA’s jobs board.
Job and RFP postings for CLPHA member organizations may be posted at no cost.

There are three options for posting jobs/RFPs to CLPHA’s jobs board:

 

If your organization is NOT a CLPHA member:

You can post jobs by visiting https://clpha.org/job-board and clicking the pink “Click here to post a job” button. Job & RFP postings for non-CLPHA members are $100, payable by credit card only. Jobs/RFPs will then be reviewed and published by a site administrator. CLPHA only posts jobs/RFPs in the public and affordable housing industry – any postings outside of this scope will not be published, and your $100 posting fee will be refunded to you. Please allow two business days for your posting to be reviewed and published. Jobs will be posted for 90 days unless you set an application deadline before the 90-day limit. If you would like to re-post your job once it expires, you must submit the posting again and pay the $100 job posting fee.

 

If your organization is a CLPHA member:

To post jobs for free, you must create a CLPHA website account first. Visit https://clpha.org/getting-started to learn how to create a CLPHA website account. You must use your housing authority email address; you cannot create a CLPHA website account unless you are an employee of a CLPHA member housing authority (click here to see if your organization is a member). If you have any issues creating a CLPHA website account, please email clpha@clpha.org for assistance.

Once you have created your CLPHA website account and are logged in, you can post your job or RFP free of charge by visiting https://clpha.org/job-board and clicking the pink “Click here to post a job” button. You will not be prompted to pay for this posting. Once submitted, jobs/RFPs will then be reviewed and published by a site administrator. Please allow two business days for your posting to be reviewed and published. Jobs will be posted for 90 days unless you set an application deadline before the 90-day limit. If you would like to re-post your job once it expires, you must submit the posting again.

 

If you are a consultant posting a job on behalf of a CLPHA member:

If you are a consultant that would like to post a job on behalf of a CLPHA member housing authority (click here to see a list of current CLPHA members), please email the posting to clpha@clpha.org in a Word Document with minimal images and formatting and a site administrator will post your job on your behalf free of charge. PDFs or other file formats will not be accepted. Please allow two business days for your posting to be reviewed and published. Jobs will be posted for 90 days unless you set an application deadline before the 90-day limit. If you would like CLPHA to re-post your job once it expires, you must submit the posting again.
