Funding Opportunities

CLPHA and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) will host an exclusive webinar for CLPHA members that will provide an overview of climate resiliency funds available to PHAs on Monday, April 7 at 12:00 PM ET/9:00 AM ET. It is a follow-up discussion from the Environmental Resiliency panel at CLPHA’s Spring Meeting. At this webinar members will learn more about the ins-and-outs of applying for various environmental resiliency funds now available through the Department of Energy.  

The DOE Office of State and Community Energy Programs works with state and local organizations to significantly accelerate the deployment of clean energy technologies, catalyze local economic development and create jobs, reduce energy costs, and avoid pollution through place-based strategies involving a wide range of government, community, business and other stakeholders.  The Office has nearly $16 billion in available grant funding.

Dr. Henry C. McKoy, Jr. is the Director of the Office and was a panelist at the CLPHA Spring Meeting. Dr. McKoy will join the webinar to detail the funds that are currently available to PHAs.
