Intro to Compassion for Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week

Join Sara Schairer, founder of Compassion It® and senior teacher of Stanford Compassion Cultivation Training®, for a one-hour virtual training designed for those participating in the Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week. Learn the basics of compassion and find out what gets in the way of compassion, particularly when working with those who are experiencing homelessness. Learn how to incorporate compassion when working individuals who are homeless and also learn how to lean on self-compassion to prevent burnout. The training will be held on the virtual meeting platform Zoom. Upon registering, you will receive an email with a link to participate in the training.
