CSH Engaging Tenants in Voluntary Services Webinar

The biggest challenge that most providers express about working with a voluntary services model is engaging tenants in non-mandatory services. In this virtual instructor-led training Noah Fay, Senior Program Manager, will discuss strategies to develop relationships between tenants and service providers through a framework of cultural competency. By the end of this class, participants will be able to identify the why, where, and how of assertive engagement. Audience: Supportive Housing Case Managers Instructional Level: Introductory Certificate: All participants will receive a certificate that can be printed following completion of this course and submission of an evaluation. Duration: 1 hour 30 min Cost: $50. This training is included in the Voluntary Services Track and the All Access Pass. ​
