This instructor-led virtual training promotes coordination between supportive service providers and property managers in a voluntary services model. Trainers Cheryl Winter, Senior Program Manager and Lindsey Bishop Gilmore, Senior Program Manager will define the distinct and shared roles of property management and supportive services and discuss strategies for coordination that help keep tenants housed.
While this training will touch on all models of supportive housing, it is specifically targeted to service providers and property managers in single-site programs. For scattered-site programs, we recommend enrolling in our course, “Eviction Prevention and Working with Landlords.”
