Today, House Republicans passed the mammoth reconciliation bill endorsed by President Donald Trump after a tumultuous 13 hours on the House floor. The bill passed by a vote of 218-214, with every Democrat and 2 Republicans voting against it. Senate Republicans passed the bill by a slim margin earlier this week, with Vice President JD Vance breaking the tie. President Trump is expected to host a signing ceremony for the bill tomorrow, which is an acknowledgment of accomplishing his goal of passing the legislation by the Fourth of July.
