In a notice issued today, HUD announced new guidance on carbon monoxide detectors for HUD-assisted housing. The notice reminds owners of HUD-assisted properties to maintain functioning carbon monoxide detectors when required by local regulations and encourages owners operating in areas without any such regulation to consider providing detectors.
Trump Administration Planning Changes to Rules for Undocumented Immigrants in Assisted Households
