WinnDevelopment has begun work on a $23 million apartment community for veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces.
The Gordon H. Mansfield Veterans Village in Tinton Falls, NJ, will feature a four-story building with 70 one-bedroom apartments that will be available at a range of income levels.

Pamela Atkinson, dubbed the state’s version of Mother Teresa for her lifelong work, said that since last April’s groundbreaking for the five-story apartment complex to be known as Pamela’s Place, people she assists daily on the streets have kept her updated on its progress.
