Yesterday, Wednesday May 19, HUD and the Office of Public and Indian Housing (PIH) released the first set of FAQs for the Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) program. These FAQs follow-up on the original notice released earlier this month.

On Monday, May 17, HUD Secretary Marcia L. Fudge announced the allocation of $5 billion in American Rescue Plan funds for 70,000 emergency housing vouchers (EHVs) for individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
