Home Forward is seeking a director for our Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program. In conjunction with the Director of Homeless Initiatives, the Director of HCV is responsible for directing the overall management, services, and activities of the Rent Assistance department. The incumbent in this role functions as a senior member of the management team and supports Home Forward’s strategic and operational objectives, provides leadership and support to the Chief Operating Officer and senior management team on short- and long-term strategic planning issues, to respond to changing program rules and funding scenarios by analyzing the impact of changes to the agency and program participants. The Director of Housing Choice Vouchers Program is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that ensure housing programs continue to meet community needs.
