Chief of Staff

The senior leadership position is responsible for aiding in the supervision of Authority operations and leading the execution of all strategic priorities.  Serving as a primary advisor to the Executive Director and a day-to-day resource for division directors, the Chief of Staff manages high-stakes initiatives that require cross-disciplinary implementation.  The role focuses on strategically identifying housing initiatives to expland the agency's service base while ensuring operational effectiveness and transparency across the organization.

• Education:  Bachelor's degree in public administration, business, or other related field required; advanced degree in law, business, public policy, or urban affairs preferred.
• Experience:  Minimum of five to seven years of broad-based senior-level leadership experience in an organization of comparable complexity.
