After 36 years at the St. Paul Public Housing Agency, Jon Gutzmann retired from SPPHA on April 5, 2024. In his retirement statement, Mr. Gutzmann said, "This is the most meaningful work of my life.  I have an overwhelming sense of gratitude for having been given this opportunity to serve our St. Paul community."
