From the Sacramento Housing & Redevelopment Agency's newsletter:

SHRA is honored to be selected for the distinguished Habitat for Humanity® of Greater Sacramento’s 2022 Cornerstone Hammy award.

SHRA Executive Director La Shelle Dozier accepted the award at HHGS's 29th Annual Hammy Awards event on April 18. Over 40 awards were presented to various donors, volunteers, ReStore supporters, organization champions, and policy advocates for their exemplary support of the nonprofit affordable housing developer in 2022.

SHRA and HHGS have been partners for many years, and together we have provided safe, affordable housing for underserved residents throughout greater Sacramento. We're excited to be involved in the latest projects with HHGS, the Cornerstone multifamily and single family project, and the Oak Park single family project. Together, our partnership is changing lives for low income families who have worked hard to make their dreams of owning their own home come true.  The Habitat for Humanity® of Greater Sacramento Hammy Award is given to community partners and volunteers who made an outstanding impact through dedication of time, talent, and financial support. SHRA is very pleased to support the extremely important mission of this great organization.
