ROSS Grantee Annual Reports Due October 31

Date Published:
October 15th, 2021

This week, HUD sent out a reminder that annual reports for ROSS grantees are due on October 31, 2021. HUD also reminds ROSS grantees that performance data must be submitted through GrantSolutions, and financial reports (SF-425) must be submitted to your local HUD Field Office. For those using Family Metrics and AASC Online, your performance data is already uploaded to GrantSolutions by those services.

Depending on the year of your award, your required reporting period will of course vary. For FY18 and FY19 grantees, your report should cover activities between October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021. If you are an FY20 grantee, then this report should cover activities from June 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021. FY17 grantees should have already submitted final reports that were due 90-days from the end date of your grant term.

For those who extended your grant beyond June, 30, 2021, HUD advises that you contact ROSS-PIH@hud.gov to confirm your report due date.
