CLPHA has bittersweet news to share – Emily Warren, our research and policy director, has accepted a position in the Office of Public Housing and Voucher Programs (OPHVP) within the Office of Public and Indian Housing (PIH) to work on voucher expansion. Emily’s last day at CLPHA will be Friday, May 10, and we wish her the best in her new role!
Therefore, CLPHA seeks an experienced research and policy director who will manage CLPHA’s portfolio of issues related to public housing and the Housing Choice Voucher Program in addition to other place-based policies and programs, including the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program and the Rental Assistance Demonstration.
