Share Your PHA’s Vaccine Initiatives with Us!

CLPHA members have been leading the way on initiatives and partnerships to boost COVID-19 vaccination rates and accessibility to their residents. To showcase our members' efforts to help residents and staff get COVID-19 vaccines, CLPHA has created a dedicated webpage detailing our members’ various vaccination programs and initiatives that we know of so far. This information will be used to showcase to external stakeholders such as the Department of Housing and Urban Development, other communities aiming to replicate these efforts, and potential funders of COVID-19 vaccine initiatives the tremendous role CLPHA members are playing in mitigating the effects of the pandemic.

If your PHA is not listed here and you have information on your COVID-19 vaccination efforts, or you would like to update or add to what we have about your PHA, please email Health Policy Manager Camille Anoll at canoll@clpha.org and Communications and Membership Services Associate Kirsten Greenwell at kmackay@clpha.org with your information and we will update this site promptly. We are especially interested in efforts targeting specific populations, such as youth.

Thank you for your submissions, and for all you are doing in your communities to help vaccinate our nation’s most vulnerable individuals.
