An updated FAQ is now available from HUD’s Office of Multifamily Housing, along with a new online recording from staff providing updates. The recording includes updates from FHA Commissioner & Acting Deputy Secretary Brian Montgomery, Office of Recapitalization Director Tom Davis, and Office of Asset Management Director Toby Halliday. Halliday will be taking questions from CLPHA members on our next COVID-19 member call on Monday, April 20.
The FAQ includes updates on the COVID-19 stimulus checks and unemployment income (UI) supplement, noting that both will not be counted as income for the purposes of rent calculations.
