TOPIC: the HCV Program & Technology

HUD invites you to participate in a series of webinars on the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program.

The third webinar in this series will walk through the second published chapter of the HCV Landlord Strategies Guidebook. This chapter is focused on ways that PHAs can utilize technology to improve relationships with landlords, provide landlords with access to information, and ease the concerns and frustrations surrounding the inspections process. The webinar will also feature PHAs who are currently implementing variations of these strategies in their communities.

The published chapters, previous webinars, and additional materials are available on the HCV Landlord Resources webpage.

When: Monday, October 19 | 2:00-3:30 p.m. ET

Who should participate: Current HCV landlords, landlords interested in the HCV program, PHAs, rental housing industry groups, and others interested in the landlord’s role in the HCV program and what HUD is doing in this arena.

This webinar is free. However, please register in advance.

If you would like to submit a question prior to the start of the webinar, you can email it to hcv@firstpic.org. You will also be able to submit questions throughout the webinar. Relevant questions will be addressed at the end of the speaker presentations and via follow-up email.

Webinar 4 is scheduled for Winter 2020.
