HUD’s Landlord Participation Webinar Series Begins January 29

Date Published:

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development invites stakeholders to participate in a series of webinars on the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program.

According to an email from HUD, the first webinar in this series will review information gathered during the recent HCV Landlord Listening Forums and PHA focus groups, which CLPHA reported on in a December 12 member update. The information in this webinar will set the stage for the subsequent webinars, which will introduce new resources focused on improving landlord participation in the HCV program.

Current HCV landlords, landlords interested in the HCV program, PHAs, rental housing industry groups, and others interested in the landlord’s role in the HCV program and what HUD is doing in this arena are encouraged to register.

This webinar is free. However, HUD asks participants to please register in advance. Information on how to access the webinar will be emailed to registered participants approximately 1 week prior to the webinar.
