Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) CEO and CLPHA Board of Directors Vice President Jeffery K. Patterson was recently featured on ForbesBooksRadio's affordable housing podcast ChangeMakers with Katie Goar. Mr. Patterson discussed CMHA's work not only to increase housing opportunities for low-income Cuyahoga families, but also to leverage the housing authority's resources and local partnerships to improve education outcomes for school-aged public housing residents. One way CMHA is advancing this goal is through expanding high-speed internet access at CMHA communities. He also discussed CMHA's robust wraparound services for senior residents and how these services, along with CMHA's operations, have adapted during the COVID-19 pandemic.
