On Aug. 26, 64 children will christen the San Bernardino County Preschool Services Department’s newest Head Start location, in the burgeoning Arrowhead Grove community in San Bernardino.
The transformation of two original public housing units off North Crestview Avenue into spaces for the city’s youngest residents to learn and play was made possible through a partnership with the San Bernardino County Housing Authority, an example of the power of collaboration in areas that truly need assistance.
