Community Impact Newspaper featured the Housing Authority of the City of Austin (HACA) and Dell Medical School’s Bringing Health Home initiative, a two-year pilot program at HACA’s Booker T. Washington Terraces Community. The program aims to connect HACA residents to local health services as well as develop additional wellness programs to improve their health outcomes.
