Leading smart cities industry publication Smart Cities Dive published an article about the Chicago Housing Authority’s (CHA) innovative partnership with Chicago Public Libraries (CPL) to co-locate CPL libraries within CHA communities. CHA and CPL recently cut the ribbon on two of these co-located projects.
